We offer lease terms ranging from 9 to 15 months, depending on the specific unit and availability.

At this time, we do not offer corporate leases. 

We do not offer furnished apartments in our community.

Utilities are not bundled with rent and are paid directly by residents.

We love pets! Residents are welcome to have up to two furry companions. There’s a one-time pet fee of $350 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. Please note that some breed restrictions may apply—feel free to reach out for details!

The community participates in the Zero Deposit Waiver Program, which eliminates the need for an upfront deposit. Instead, residents pay a non-refundable monthly fee of $35.

Residents may choose to enroll in Resident Shield or provide their own renters insurance policy. If opting for Resident Shield, coverage is automatically processed and uploaded to the resident portal. Those selecting an external policy must email proof of coverage to Resident Shield. If valid insurance is not provided or does not meet property requirements, the resident will be enrolled in the Master Policy and assessed a $40 non-compliance fee each month until the issue is resolved. Once proper documentation is submitted and verified, any applicable charges will be reimbursed.

We offer garage parking for residents, with the first vehicle registered at no charge. A second vehicle may be registered for a monthly fee of $50.

Yes! Rent payments are simple, secure, and seamless through the RentCafe resident portal.

Yes, we have a maintenance staff on-site and offer 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests, who must adhere to all lease policies while on the property. 

We are in the Great Valley School District, with schools serving approximately 5,000 students from Malvern Borough, Charlestown, East Whiteland, and Willistown Townships. Eastside Flats Apartments are also within 9 minutes or 3.5 miles from Immaculata University and near Cabrini College and Eastern University.

Yes, bus and regional rail. We are located less than half a mile from Malvern Station.

We are adjacent to various eateries and shops. We are also close to the heart of downtown Malvern. We have grocery stores, sit-down restaurants, recreation parks, fast food, pubs, medical offices, and salons.
